Florida has expanded early voting options and passed reforms to avoid a repeat of the 2000 problems
Florida officials are hoping the presidential election this year will not be a repeat of the kind of problems that tarnished the 2000 vote. Recent reforms have aimed to correct the problems and expand early voting options for residents. Republicans are encouraging mail-in voting, while many Democrats are going to polls early to avoid possible delays on election day. VOA's Brian Wagner has this report.
