我对本校的希望
MY HOPE OF MY SCHOOL

Every student loves his school, and he is proud of his school, too. It is the place in which he studies daily, and in which he is trained to be a useful and worthy person some day. But a student will love his school and can feel proud of it, only that his school is regarded by people as a good school; only that everybody is willing to send his children there. A school as such should be famous for its teaching, its sports and games, and its strict discipline. Every graduate of that school is a useful and respected citizen in society. My school has long been enjoying a high reputation, and I have profited much from it. Now, what I hope of my school is that it will not only be famous in itself, but that it will also become a model for other schools.

每个学生都爱他的学校的，他也以他的学校为荣。那是他每天读书的地方，是他受训练为将来有用有价值的人的地方。 但一个学生的爱他的学校，并会感觉以他的学校为荣， 只是在於他的学校能受人视为是好学校；只是在於人人要送他的孩子去那边读书。一个像这样的学校，必须在教学、运动、球戏、及严格纪律训练等等方面，能够著名。那个学校的每个毕业生，都是社会上有用而可敬的公民。 我的学校久已享有盛誉了，我由它得益很多。而今我对我的学校所希望的是，它不但要自身有名，且还要能成为别校的模范。
