Other researchers, however, have found serious methodological flaws in some of the studies that claim to demonstrate a relationship between a full moon and human behavior. Also, no research has yet found a direct link between the phases of the moon and attacks of depression or mania.

I'm on a budget.
I'm on a budget. I'm on a budget.外,也可说:I'm saving money.(我在存钱) / I'm cutting costs.(我在节省开支)/ It's out of my range.(这超出我的预算)。
对话 Wife: Hey honey. It's our 5th year anniversary tomorrow, what would you like to do? Husband: Well, what about a romantic night at home? I can cook you your favorite dinner. Wife: No, we've done that every year for the past five years. I want you to take me for dinner and dancing at that new club that's just opened. Husband: Humm…well all right. We'll go to that new club, but I'm on a budget so don't go ordering the most expensive dish on the menu.
I'm on a budget so don't go ordering the most expensive dish。 Quality furniture at budget prices!
To be on a (tight) budget即‘必须努力节省用钱’,一个类似说法是to practise economy。 We've to practise economy, so don't go ordering the most expensive dish。 Rapid economic growth is often accompanied by inflation. Comparing prices is an economical way of shopping.
We have to watch our money / every dime / our spending.(我们得小心用钱 / 使用每一角钱 / 花费)、We have to be careful with our money.(我们得小心用钱)、We have to cut back on expenses.(我们要少点花费)。
