Trev: What do you sell by the slice, then?
Girl: Just the basics. [points to the slices] Plain cheese, pepperoni, pineapple and Canadian bacon, and vegetarian.
Trev: Fine. I'll have one slice of plain cheese, but with extra cheese.
Girl: You don't get it, do you? You can only buy pizzas we've ALREADY made by the slice.
Trev: Why didn't you tell me that earlier?

加ing时最后一个辅音字母双写的规则：
admit，admitted
stop， stopped
travel，travelled
以y结尾的动词，y前为辅音字母时，在加ed之前要把y变为i：
carry， carried
try， tried
但y前面是元音字母时则不变：
obey， obeyed
